Do you guys flatten the barbs or grind them down with a tool?

i like to use a dremel tool. very fast and does the job nicely. been 100% barbless for 3 years on every bait and will never go back!

i also used the metal cutting disc to cut the annoying trigger grips off of all my rods. then used the grinding / buffing discs to smooth down to just a small nub / bump. i tend to have a pretty tight grip when palming the reel and the triggers would end up causing me pain between my fingers after hauling baits for 12 hours. it also makes for a smoother transition from the palming to the foregrip hold.
