Winneconne:
Made it out with a good friend today. It was my first time fishing this water. Very fun day, we landed 8 walleyes, 7 white bass, and 1 northern. The biggest walleye went 24.5" 5lbs, very nice fish out of this system.
Best was trolling shad raps and flicker shads in 5-6.5fow. Fishing slowed once the wind picked up and the heat wave came in.
New London:
My dad and 2 of his friends went to New London. They ended the day with 15nice walleyes. Drifting was the key. Vertical jigging and also casting a jig and gulp to shore produces fish. 1/4oz jigs tipped with minnow, gulp, and half of crawlers all produced.
Good Luck
