Congratulations;
Way to go Dave and Toni, for your efforts on that windy lake last week end. Casting and trolling, I am sure was done by several Anglers that day, as well as the search for quiet water. And so the Trail goes on, and the muskie Anglers take the High Trail to Kinkaid, a favorite lake for all Illinois muskie hunters. The word is from several resources that the muskie fishing has been very good down there for the past 3 weekends. So why isn't the Classic there instead of shelbyville. Why not start the Trail in the southern part of the state and head north, within a 4 month track , giving ample time for the northern lakes to warm up.
