Tough week on Mohawksin, changing weather patterns and high winds made for a long day on the water. Walleyes were found near new weeds, actually the first break near the weeds held the walleyes. Rapala x raps size 8 and hot steel color pattern boated nice fish. Get them down where the fish are and just twitch the rap. Perch are up on the mud and feeding heavy on leaches. The bluegills are in and out of the shallows last couple of days. Short window. Ice jigs and waxies still catching most fish. When the sun comes out the Crappies move into the stumps (as the sun warms them) Livebait still best this week.
