Went out last night with a neighbor close to home on Au Train Lake.
Caught a couple of undersized fish towing crawler harnesses and switched to cranks of all sorts. Got two 15+, 19, 20 and 26 on the cranks. A cold, wet, wonderful evening. The bride picked a few Morels while I was out. We will gather up some leeks and buy some cream. That along with some wild rice will be put together following a recipe I saw in the In Fisherman. I will put a few new notches in my belt before we eat. A guy has to plan ahead!
