Good time of year to do a few checks on the boat, we've been out a few times, getting ready for the hot fishing to come. Check the lower end lube, make sure it is up, battery cables (and water if necessary), tire pressure, grease the wheel bearings and the engine zerks. Another one that I like is to check the tightness of the engine and kicker mounting bolts, surprising how often they will take a half turn or more. Best to turn the nut and hold the bolt, that way you don't disturb the sealent. Most times it is the little things that give trouble. Might prevent a worse problem in the future. With a fishing buddy, you can be done in about 15 minutes. (Thanks, Lonesome Dave) Good Luck, Frank
