Have not been out hunting musky much yet this year and only have put about three or four hours in and have a couple follows to show for it. The water temp going down in a hurry sure has made things interesting this spring. The walleye bite is strong and should remain good until the flies start hatching here soon. Once that gets underway the big panfish will again be more entertaining along with getting more serious about musky hunting.
Water temp was back down as low as 56 degrees in areas and the lake level is still very high. Bring on some sunshine and warmth!
