Water temps in the high 50's have brought with it the alewives. Walleye we caught both Friday and Saturday nights were coughing them up on the deck. Don't know how long the decent walleye night bite will last once a large push of alewives show up...but it should get the salmon bite rolling within a couple of weeks. Larger baits like the 18 Rapalas have really been good now that the alewives are here. Included are some pics of our catches from Friday and Saturday nights.
