Early Fall muskie

Heading up September 16th, would like to try for a Cass Muskie. Have done well in the fall, on Eagle River Chain, WI. Rumor has it Cass has better fish. Any advice?

I would start out fishing in Allen's Bay. It is a smaller area with a lot of great structure. Other than that it is a straight forward normal musky lake. Fish it just like you would the Eagle Chain...but yes the fish are bigger.
